Personal emergency call explained simply
You need help because you’re in an emergency situation? Press the alarm button – on the emergency arm strap or on the emergency call station at home. Our staff at the emergency call centre greets you personally. Thanks to the specific signal s/he knows right away who you are. You will be asked for the reason for the alarm. And, immediately, appropriate help will be arranged for you according to the situation.
We can access your details, recorded in our system when you completed the contract, in the event of an emergency. We know immediately who your doctor is and who in your neighbourhood, circle of friends or at Spitex should look in on you if you need help.
If you are unable to speak, we will nevertheless understand your difficult situation. Thanks to our staff’s considerable experience we can quickly assess how urgently, e.g., medical help is needed.
And while help is on its way, we stay in contact with you via the loudspeaker in your emergency call station or the button on your wrist strap until the assisting person arrives at your location and can assist you on-site.
